Refund Policy

At ProMitra, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.


Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, one of the following conditions must apply:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is not as described (e.g., wrong size, color, or significant discrepancy).
  • Your order did not arrive within the expected delivery time (subject to verification).
  • You returned the item in accordance with our Return Policy

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:

  • The issue is due to customer error (e.g., wrong shipping address provided, incorrect product ordered).
  • The item has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
  • You’re requesting a refund after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The product was marked as final sale or non-refundable.
  • Shipping delays caused by natural disasters, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

💼 Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request
    Email us at promitra65@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the refund
    • Supporting evidence (photos/videos if applicable)
  2. Review & Approval
    Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you of the outcome.
  3. Refund Issuance
    If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

📦 Refunds for Returned Items

If you are returning a product, your refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected. You will be notified once the process is complete.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Delayed or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time to officially post.
  3. Reach out to your bank—processing times vary.

🛠 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned not in original condition
  • Missing parts not due to our error
  • Refunds requested beyond the return window (discretionary)

📌 Note for Dropshipping Orders

  • We work with international suppliers, so refunds may take longer in rare cases due to extended verification or third-party processing.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
